About
I am an assistant professor at the University of Maine in the Anthropology Department and the Climate Change Institute. My research focuses on past human-environmental interaction and I use faunal remains and stable isotope analysis to reconstruct the prehistoric environment in coastal environments. Taking an historical ecology perspective, my goal is to provide long-term datasets that can be used to understand contemporary environmental change.
